Erarbeitung der Grundlagen für die Entwicklung eines integrierten Konzepts in Bezug auf die Gebäudehülle
Folgende Entwurfskomponenten werden integrativ bearbeitet:
- Ressourcensparende Bauweise / Konstruktion
- Wärme- und Kälteversorgungskonzept
- Belüftungssystematik
- Ökologischer Wasserhaushalt
- Instandhaltung und Recycling
- Innovative Brandschutzkonzeptionen
- Gesamtenergiebilanzierung – Lebenszyklusbetrachtung
