Lehrinhalte:
In dem zugehörigen Praktikum
„Techniken der tierischen Molekularzellbiologie“
werden die Grundlagen Methoden zur Kultivierung
von Säugerzellen, Transformation und Selektion
tierischer Zellen, Nachweis von Reportergenen und
Fusionsproteine , sowie Fluoreszenzmikroskopische
Untersuchungen zellulärer Komponenten erlernt.
