Lehrinhalte:

Aufbauend auf den Kenntnissen aus der Vorlesung „Numerische Strömungssimulation" gibt die Vorlesung einen Überblick über weiterführende Methoden, die z.T. bereits Einzug in kommerzielle Strömungslöser gefunden haben, aber auch noch im Focus unterschiedlicher Forschungsprojekte stehen.
Aus dem Inhalt:

  • Einführung, Überblick über die Strömungssimulation
  • Algebraische Mehrgitterverfahren
  • Simulation freier Oberflächen (Volume-of-Fluid / Level-Set Methoden)
  • Simulation multi-physikalischer Probleme (z.B.Fluid-Struktur-Interaktion, Strömungssimulation mit Akustikkopplung)
  • Ausgewählte weiterführende Kapitel (z.B. Lattice-Boltzmann-Verfahren, alternative Diskretisierungsverfahren)
