Dabei werden insbesondere thematisiert: Rahmenbedingungen, Sicherung der Wettbewerbsf&#228;higkeit, Quality-Gate-Philosophie, von Rahmenheft zum Pflichtenheft, Produktentwicklungsprozess von der Designfestlegung bis zum Produktionshochlauf, Markenqualit&#228;t. <br/><hr/><br/>Die zweite Vorlesungseinheit wird in jedem Sommersemester angeboten und fokussiert auf logistische Abl&#228;ufe und Steuerungsmechanismen. Ein Produktionssystem mit Programmplanung, Fabriksteuerung und Gestaltungsprinzipien f&#252;r Fertigungsketten wird vorgestellt. Au&#223;erdem wird thematisiert: Lieferantenmanagement, Gestaltungsprinzipien f&#252;r Logistikketten, IT-Unterst&#252;tzung entlang der Auftragsbearbeitung, Arbeitsorganisation, KVP und Arbeitsplatzgestaltung, Qualit&#228;tsmanagement und Qualit&#228;tsregelkreise entlang einer Fertigungskette sowie Einsatzfelder f&#252;r Ingenieure

Die Vorlesung wird für Studierende der Studiengänge:

• M.Sc. Mechanical and Process Engineering (2CP)
  
• Diplom Maschinenbau (2CP)
• Wirtschaftsingenieure Fachrichtung Maschinenbau innerhalb der Vertiefungsrichtung Fertigungstechnik in Kombination mit anderen PtU-Vorlesungen angeboten (insgesamt 8 CP)
• als Lehrveranstaltung anderer Fachbereiche, sofern vom eigenen Fachbereich als solche anerkannt

In jedem Semester findet eine eintägige, kostenfreie Exkursion statt. Diese ist inhaltlich auf die Lerninhalte des Semesters abgestimmt und soll einen tieferen Einblick in die gelebte Praxis ermöglichen.
