Ziel ist die Vermittlung der Vertragsgrundlagen für die am Bau Beteiligten, der verschiedenen Unternehmereinsatzformen und der auf dem Bausektor üblichen Vertragsmodelle. Angestrebt wird das Verständnis des BGB- und VOB/B-Bauvertrages sowie der Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen.
