Lehrinhalte: What kinds of intercultural challenges arise in presenting and how can we effectively meet these? In this workshop you will learn about, practise and refine Anglo-American presentation skills. Even though these cultures appear to have reasonably similar communication patterns, this assumption can lead to misunderstandings and miscommunication between business partners. In this workshop you will:Learn the expectations of a typical Anglo-American audience Discover what assumptions are made if you do not meet these expectations Learn simple effective techniques to engage the Anglo-American audience Practice these techniques to ensure your message is effective and culturally appropriate.
