Digitale Lehre: Die Lehrveranstaltung Work Organization in Intercultural Context wird im SoSe 2021 als Digitale Lehre stattfinden. Die Veranstaltung startet wie geplant am 19.04.2021 und findet an den in TUCaN genannten Terminen statt. Die Raumangaben in TUCaN stellen die ursprüngliche Präsenz-Planung dar und sind derzeit zu ignorieren. Der technische Zugang zur Digitalen Lehre findet über Zoom statt. Der Link wird vor der Veranstaltung über die Systemnachricht an alle angemeldeten Studierenden verschickt, sowie in TUCaN in der Datei "Course access and information" (unter Material) abgelegt. Offizielle Kursbeschreibung: Work Organization in Intercultural Context is offered every semester. The course is held in English and enables students from different countries to learn from each other – about work design and ergonomics in different cultures. The course starts with lectures and exercises on several aspects of work organization and their characteristics in different cultures. In the following participants will work in small teams and edit a self-imposed topic. You will present the selected task and create an inter-active session concerning that topic. Each team will submit a handout (ca. 5-10 pages) about their issue. The course will give you the opportunity to get to know and work with people from all over the world. An interactive learning environment encourages students to exchange experiences and viewpoints, and gain an intercultural understanding.
