Official Course Description:
In the first part of the lecture there will be an introduction in the field of organization theory. The second part of the lecture occupies chosen theories of organizational behavior.
The lecture is based on textbook. Beyond the textbook studies the lecture material will be discussed and illustrated on examples. The focus is on the application-oriented view of organizational problems. Furthermore the students will be taught to understand and discuss organizational concepts and to use these findings in praxis.
