Design and Dimensioning of plastic applications

· Materials technology of plastics and their impact on the design of plastic parts
· Mechanical behaviour (incl. anisotropic aspects) of plastics
· Design appropriate to the mechanical loading of typical plastic functional elements
· Joining techniques and -elements
· Influence of manufacturing processes on design
· Analysis of selected applications under consideration of the special
features of plastics
