Surfactants, thermodynamics of interfaces; contact angle phenomena: wetting,
spreading, coating; capillarity, macromolecules in solution; electrolyte
systems; DLVO theory; Marangoni effects; suspensions; emulsions, foams;
aerosoles; mist.
