Course Contents:
What is culture? How does it affect our thoughts and actions? What is behind successful communication? What do I need to be able to manage successfully in an international context?
In this course we will deal with intercultural issues and models and investigate how we function across linguistic and geographical boundaries in our lives together.
The course is aimed firstly at students from francophone West Africa (Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Senegal, etc.) who want to learn to better understand how to live, study and work in Germany. The second target group is students who want to improve on their already advanced level of French and learn more about various intercultural issues.
Language of instruction is French.
