  • Overview of theory and empirics of the evolution of markets
  • economic aspects of enterprise foundations (entrepreneurship)
  • determinants of success and failure of enterprise foundations
  • special factors for success for the foundation of web startups
  • creation of business models

Preconditions:

  •     understand the principle of the foundation of enterprises.
  •     evaluate the relevance of different factor for success of foundations.
  •     judge and create business plans.
  •     consider the special features of web startups.
