Course Contents:
The lecture technology and innovation management introduces the challenges of managing innovation. Change and innovation are preconditions for the competitiveness and success of firms in most industries. However, innovations are often connected with organisational challenges and barriers. Students of this lecture will get to know fundamental concepts and design choices of innovation management and the innovation process (from initiative to implementation), as well as the interpaly of its central actors. In the integrated exercise, specific problems will be discussed in detail using case studies.
