Course Contents: In the light of the ongoing digitalization of the entire media industry there is an ongoing change in the business models of publishers. These changes will be analyzed on the basis of management theory. Emphasis will be put on new business models for digital media services with regard to logistics, optimal pricing, innovation management, and further management concepts.
