Course Contents:
In the seminar "Special Topics in Theoretischer Kernphysik", we will discuss special topics in theoretical nuclear physics. Possible topics for seminar talks are, e.g.:
1. Chiral effective field theory for nuclear forces
2. Similarity renormalization group
3. Efimov effect
4. Three-body forces and normal ordering
5. Shell model and In-Medium Similarity Renormalization Group
6. Nuclear matter
7. Virial expansion and equation of state
8. BCS theory
The seminar talks can be in German or English. The topics and modalities of the seminar will be discussed in the first meeting (April 24).
