Course Contents:
The course relies on the basic course German and International Business Law I. The course includes an overview over capital market and banking law. The course also deals with the law of groups. Special problems of company law are discussed.

Langenbucher, Aktien- und Kapitalmarktrechtrufen und ausgedruckt werden.
Preconditions:
Die Vorlesung knüpft an die in der Vorlesung und Übung Deutsches und Internationales Unternehmensrecht I erworbenen Kenntnisse an, deren Inhalte daher als bekannt vorausgesetzt werden.

After the complete course the students should be able to
- deal with the basics of different law fields.
- understand the important facts of contract designing.
- be aware of the major facts of company, trade and business law.
- understand the meaning and importance of Corporate Governance and Compliance.
- understand the important influence of European law for the national law system.
