This course will most likely take place on-line for the entire summer semester.
Course Contents:
Latin II is the second part of a two-semester Latin course designed to give students a sufficient knowledge of classical Latin to be able to work with Latin sources of every type at a high academic level.
The study of adapted texts will provide students with a more advanced and broader knowledge of Latin morphology and syntax. These texts will also form the basis for a further examination of Roman culture and literature.
Students will be required to write and pass two written exams during the semester in order to successfully complete the course.

Preconditions:
In order to participate in this course, students must have taken and passed Latin I with a grade.
Students who did not write the Latin I final exam or who did not take Latin I but have some previous knowledge of Latin must write and pass a compulsory test in the first class of the semester.
