Course Contents: Basics of the patent and industrial property law will be developed. It is not the intention to learn many details but it is decisive that the students recognize the problems and the dependent formulation of the legal protection of inventions. The students are then able to state their view on existing legal structures of solutions. Because of many problems of detail only an exemplary learning has a good prospect for a successful achievement. Therefore, there will be main focuses on problems which will be particularly substantial. The lecture also introduces to the protection of intellectual performance. Basic questions as well as the German law and International law are shown. Detailed knowledge is not taught.
