Lehrinhalte: The Lecture covers the physical and biological basics of radiation<br />biophysics and introduces modern experimental techniques in radiation<br />biology. Special emphasis is put on the research of the interaction of<br />ions with biological systems. Further, all different steps necessary to<br />perform heavy ion therapy will be covered in detail.
