Lehrinhalte: This course is designed to help you develop your English language skills for professional purposes. Each week we will discuss a topic of current interest related to the field of architecture and civil engineering, focussing on areas of particular interest to participants. Pronunciation and vocabulary will receive special attention, whereby mistakes form an important part of the learning process. This course will emphasize various forms of oral communication: class discussions, small group discussions with summarizing reports, etc. Exercises to improve your writing, reading and listening skills will also be offered and some general grammar problems will be dealt with. Students are expected to make an active contribution to the success of this class.

Voraussetzungen: A score of at least 65 on the placement test
