Course Contents: Successful intercultural communication depends to a large extent on the willingness to understand each other. When communicating, we draw on different codes that are shaped by our individual socialization. So how do I feel when someone doesn't look me in the eye during a conversation? You will get to know different communication habits that can help in everyday life and at work to recognize and counteract possible irritations or misunderstandings at an early stage. You will recognize and work through relevant issues and conflicts from typical work situations and practice how to defuse these stressful situations more effectively.
