Course Contents:
In this course students will learn how to express themselves in Norwegian using simple sentences. We will concentrate on developing oral communication skills in scenarios including introducing oneself, talking about one’s interests and plans, going shopping, ordering in a restaurant and counting. And because writing and good grammar go hand-in-hand with good communication, we will also learn about verbs in present tense, modal and auxiliary verbs, adjectives and plural nouns. By the end of the course students will be able to understand short oral texts in Norwegian and to write short simple texts about themselves and others.
