In this course, students’ previous knowledge of Norwegian will be practised and improved upon. Students should already be able to make themselves understood in both written and oral form. They should also be familiar with and be actively using past verb tense forms. We will review the perfect tense form, as well as prepositions, double definiteness, conjunctions and pronouns.
The course will put emphasis on oral communication and communicating in the contexts of the city, trips and giving information about one’s home and family. By the end of the course, students will be able to understand longer, more complex texts and to be able to write more extensively about themselves and various topics.
